DESCRIPTION
Nordstrom Rack in downtown Seattle, is a classic for men, women and kids that rarely disappoints. Guys can appreciate the $160 Kenneth Cole dress shoes for $50 and plethora of campy Hawaiian shirts. For gals, there are racks and racks to explore. Name-brand coats and jackets can be shockingly cheap and the shoes are particularly fun.
