Katie Chun specializes in elegance — poofy doesn't have much place in her Belltown store. Even a bride looking for something simple and casual could make out well here. Bridesmaids will also rejoice that they don't have to settle for cheap dyed shoes: The Salon Shoes line uses silk uppers and leather soles for its strappy sandals and prissy pumps.

Your best bet is to order 10-12 weeks in advance, but Chun can also perform rush-order miracles in two to three weeks for the more spontaneous types. And if that doesn't work within your time frame, she's got a great selection right off the rack.

TIP: Take a 15 percent discount when you buy four or more of the same dress. Also, the seventh tux you rent is free.
