Since 1998, Flora and
Henri owner Jane Hedreen has been designing exquisite clothing for kids ages
newborn through 10 that elicit murmurs of "If only they made this in my size"
from the grown-ups who shop there. While the clothes are still pint-sized, Hedreen has added a collection of small indulgences for adults, including cosmetics, soaps and chocolates. The boutique reopened earlier this month in Capitol Hill's newly renovated Oddfellows
Building on East Pine Street.

into a tripod with the arrival of their newest boutique, Finch & Sparrow. Where Dream caters to a more sophisticated and classic
dresser and Bliss to a trendier, sexier one, Finch & Sparrow targets the 20-
to 30-something woman who likes to look cute, but is on a tighter budget.
