Darn you, New Year's resolutions and your guilt-inducing dietary restrictions! You keep me from the silky spoonfuls of ambrosia that make up the Ephemere Chocolate Port Shake ($8.76) at Capitol Hill's Dilettante Mocha Café. How is one to resist the pure taste of heaven-in-a-glass that is deep, dark chocolate swirled with vanilla ice cream and an adult-sized helping of sticky-sweet port, perfectly topped with a cloud of whipped cream and dark-chocolate shavings? Oh, January, how can you be so cruel?
