A burger joint rises and falls on the strength of its signature sandwich, and the house burger at Stell's in Queen Anne is a doozy -- a lean, Black Angus beef patty topped with pastrami, provolone cheese, red onion, lettuce, tomato and a chipotle-seasoned special sauce. (The latter "[also] makes a great fry dip," a reader advises.) If you're not feeling the pastrami, owner Stellios Makratzakis also serves up an applewood-smoked bacon cheeseburger, a scorching jalapeƱo burger and a Greek-influenced burger topped with feta cheese and veggies. Wash it all down with an apple-pie shake.
