Rush to Lush’s grand opening for free bath products, facials

March 8, 2007

Lush

Known for unique and slightly wacky handmade bath and body products that are both fun to use and good enough to eat (exhibit A: the "Mange Too" bar – an edible massage bar flavored and scented with honey, vanilla, sweet orange and peppermint), Lush will make its Seattle debut Saturday, March 10, when it opens the doors to its newest store in Westlake Center.

Drop in between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. for the store's grand opening bash, and stay for a complimentary facial. And, if you're one of the first 1,000 guests, you'll leave with a free bath bomb, too. (Some may even have a $100 Lush gift card tucked inside.)

While you're there, check out some new products from their spring line like the "Yummy Mummy" package ($17.95) – a bundle of chocolate, toffee and honey-scented bath goodies – or the honeysuckle-scented Butterfly Bath Bomb ($4.95).

I like Running Wild Spirit on 6th. They're products are really natural and have a more subtle smell. I thing Lush's products are over-perfumed. Too teeeny-bopper for me.
