Pregnant pause: Pamper a mom-to-be at Downtown's Spaahh at Hotel 1000

Most spas offer massage services created specifically for pregnant women. And for most moms-to-be, a massage is just what is needed to alleviate aching joints and swollen feet.
On August 1, Spaahh at Hotel 1000 is launching a new spa experience for pregnant women called Mom-2-Be Baby Bump Facial featuring fabulous Decléor products.
This 30-minute treatment includes a light cleansing, a mask with firming agents to target sagging skin and stretch marks and, to finish, a hydrating cream meant to reduce the visibility of stretch marks.
While it’s meant for women during pregnancy, The Mom-2-Be Baby Bump Facial sounds like something I might need two years after giving birth. The old tummy isn't what it used to be, that's for sure.
The treatment runs $75 and women must be at least 16 weeks pregnant to participate. Call Spaahh at Hotel 1000 for more information and to make an appointment.
