Kuhlman unveils richly textured fall fashions
Queen Anne’s Veil and Belltown’s Kuhlman boutique host a runway show featuring fresh autumn styles

The sleek white leather-covered loungers at Queen Anne restaurant Veil will provide the perfect backdrop for richly textured fall fashions from Belltown boutique Kuhlman when the two join forces Oct. 4 for a runway show.
Models will sashay through the starkly modern lounge in nubby tweeds, dark reds and cool grays from the likes of Nicole Farhi, Nice Collective, Merc, Mike & Chris, RVCA and more. Kuhlman's custom-tailored menswear -- the shop's specialty -- will also be showcased.
For $35, guests can soak up Veil's posh glow, sip complimentary Volazzo Dark Ale and sparkling wine, and nibble small bites from chef Shannon Galusha, all while surrounded by Kuhlman's East Coast-meets-Euro fashions for men and women. Doors open at 6 p.m.; the show starts at 8 p.m. For tickets, which were going fast at press time, call Veil (206-216-0600) or Kuhlman (206-441-1999).
