I love Oh! Chocolate. I'm partial to their caramels, since I'm not a huge truffle fan. I grew up on Mercer Island, where they've had a store for 22 years, and I have tasted almost every chocolate that they make. They're super friendly and really liberal with the samples, making them some of my most favorite people in all the land.

I just got word that they're adding wine -- another one of my favorite things -- to the menu at their Madison Park store. While I don't often think of pairing wine with chocolate, I'm totally open to this idea and am eager to see the pairings they come up with.

Two great tastes that taste great together? I'm hoping so!
