Darn you, New Year's resolutions and your guilt-inducing dietary restrictions! You keep me from the silky spoonfuls of ambrosia that make up the Ephemere Chocolate Port Shake at Capitol Hill's Dilettante Mocha Café. How is one to resist the pure taste of heaven-in-a-glass that is deep, dark chocolate swirled with vanilla ice cream and an adult-sized helping of sticky-sweet port, perfectly topped with a cloud of whipped cream and dark-chocolate shavings? Oh, January, how can you be so cruel?
